You're not always popular for doing the right thing. (Liberty Rant)
Friday Aug 13, 2021
Friday Aug 13, 2021
Being on the right side of history often means being unpopular during your time. We can only withstand the discomfort ― or worse ― through hard-won courage.
Follow your conscience to the edge of the abyss, and it'll carry you over the worst of what you fear. You might still have to go through it, but at least you'll have the strength of being rooted your truth.
It is not just your right, but your responsibility to live from your innermost heart as you help to shape this universe with the rest of us.
Thank you to everyone who has been cheering on this message of liberty. It's more important now than ever!
Eat meat and live free,
Michaelanthony

Carnivore Bar Creator Phillip Meece: A Veteran Making Keto Nutrition Convenient!
Tuesday Aug 03, 2021
Tuesday Aug 03, 2021
Phillip Meece created the Carnivore Bar: a convenient, high-fat snack or meal replacement made with pure beef! (Sea salt optional.) His mission is to make high-energy, whole-food, animal-based nutrition more portable for even the strictest carnivores among us. It’s one of my favorite products!
A United States Army veteran, Phillip served as a combat medic in Afghanistan. His experiences with food and health in that environment ― along with his childhood in Mongolia ― have led him from health to sickness and back again.
In this free-flowing chat, Phillip and I discuss his life, his work, and the history and future of natural health through lifestyle. And since he’s a medic, Phillip drops lots of truth backed up by SCIENCE!
You can support Phillip’s work ― and get some Carnivore Bars for yourself ― at https://carnivorebar.com/.
Thanks for watching or listening, and see you again soon!

There's an anti-meat agenda spreading misinformation about the impact of animal products on human and environmental health.
Fatty red meat has healed our bodies (and minds) as carnivores. We're NOT going back to damaging ourselves with irritating, damaging plant sugars, oils, fibers, and phytochemicals. Eating bugs or petri dish meat from a lab is no substitute, either!
Cattle can be raised on grass almost anywhere in the world, with no need for arable farmland or feed, and they fertilize the land as they graze. Pollution comes from factory farming, which is forced on us by governments who make natural farming unprofitable or illegal.
Let's keep an eye on what's happening to and around our carnivorous lifestyle. If we know, we can prepare and preserve natural health for ourselves and for humanity's future.

Sunday Jul 11, 2021
Sunday Jul 11, 2021
The Carnivore Yogi (Sarah Kleiner) joins me for a chat about her animal-based diet, which has deeply healed her body, mind, and spirit.
She was vegan for two years and has lost 100 pounds ― three times! She has recovered from addictions, including to food. She chooses meditation over medication!
Sarah is also mom to a daughter with nonverbal autism ― and who, like her mom, feels much better eating keto!
Sarah’s story is powerful, and her energy is delightful. Prepare to be inspired!
Timestamps are below.
Apologies for the camera issues on my side. Didn’t even notice until later! I’m having my usual camera repaired following a tragic drop from its tripod.
Also getting used to this new microphone, so I hope that sounds good. Always aiming to bring you the best I can!
Thanks for watching (or listening), and see you again soon!

My Dad has gone keto! In a special episode for Father’s Day, here’s our conversation about his health transformation through diet and lifestyle.
Louis Henry Mitchell is not just my Dad, but also an incredibly talented artist. He’s the Creative Director of Character Design at Sesame Workshop, which produces 𝘚𝘦𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘵! He’s also a dedicated educator who has taught Character Design at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, and is now creating a creative school of his own. There’s way more, but I’ll let 𝘩𝘪𝘮 tell you!
In this wide-ranging chat, we discuss Dad’s health journey and how it has impacted his life overall. We get into personal and family moments that have shaped our lives profoundly. I can’t tell you how happy I am to share this with you.
Timestamps are included below.
By the way: the files for this were almost lost in “the cloud,” but Zoom eventually came through. Sorry for the delay, and for teasing those of you who knew. Maybe I just wasn’t meant to release this until Father’s Day!

The JBS Cyberattack and the Future of Meat
Thursday Jun 03, 2021
Thursday Jun 03, 2021
The meat supply has been dramatically impacted by a recent cyberattack on JBS, the world’s largest processor of beef, pork, and chicken.
Whether or not it has a big impact immediately, this situation is a dire reminder of how much we need to assert our independence from centralized food production.
The future of all food is in the practices of the past: local, pre-industrial agriculture, along with traditional hunting and gathering.
All this and more in a rant as I bike through Cunningham Park in Queens, NY!
(I start discussing JBS at 01:40.)

Anti-Meat Agenda News (From a Carnivore Diet Perspective)
Wednesday May 12, 2021
Wednesday May 12, 2021
Our first live-streamed episode! Let’s skewer the latest news from the anti-meat agenda! This was live on YouTube on May 11, 2021.
I usually avoid the news, but even my favorite investigative shows often fail to focus on the insidious trends that threaten our freedom to be carnivores.
We’re going to discuss a few articles, separate truth from propaganda, and find as many healthy solutions as we can.
If we pay attention to what’s happening now, we can better prepare for the future.
Unbeknownst to me, the video stream had a very low volume. Thanks again to my patient audience. This recording has been adjusted for volume, so now you can hear me much better.
Eat meat and live free,
Michaelanthony
